The hotel offered spacious and comfy rooms, as well as a friendly staff that tried their best to cater to our group's needs. One of the best aspects was the delicious Italian/Japanese cuisine served at dinner, which I found both visually pleasing and tasty. the location was great for a little escape from the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.
Everything seemed to be well above expectations, from the quality of the rooms to the service provided by the staff.

I had a wonderful time escaping the city at this hotel. the spacious room with its comfortable beds made our group of 22 very happy. While the staff didn't speak much English, they tried their best to cater to our requests and were always friendly. the Italian/Japanese cuisine for dinner was surprisingly delicious and visually appealing. I particularly enjoyed the facilities provided and thank the staff member Kudo and Yuta for making our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends.
The hotel had only one minor downside.

During our city trip, we stayed at a lovely hotel that offered spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, even though they didn't speak much English, they still tried their best to fulfill our requests. One of the best things about this hotel was the delicious Japanese/Italian cuisine served at dinners, which pleasantly surprised us. the hotel's location was also very convenient as it was close to key attractions in the city.
In all honesty, we didn't really have any negative experiences at this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and didn't encounter any issues or problems.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. The Italian/Japanese cuisine served at dinner was impressive in both presentation and taste. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided a relaxing stay.

the spacious rooms were beautifully furnished with luxurious amenities like soft linens and elegant furnishings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, readily assisting with our every need. the hotel's restaurant was a delightful surprise; the quality of the food was exceptional, offering a unique blend of Italian and Japanese cuisine.
Although the staff were unable to speak much English, they tried their best to help us, which we appreciated.
